All orders are shipped via DHL EXPRESS

3-4 business days are required to prepare your order BEFORE shipping (HD lace) & same day shipping (Transparent lace) if ordered during weekdays.

For contactless delivery, please sign & approve via DHL link sent to provided number (if provided)

 

 

RETURN & REFUND 

 

We offer refunds within the first 5 days of your purchase, if 5 days has passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund.

 

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds 

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming return, along with the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If approved, a refund will be issued immediately. Refunds may take 7-10 working days to appear in the account of your original method of payment.

Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be refunded.

We do not offer exchanges.
